How Can I Manage Store Rating and Reviews?

You can enjoy the rating option in your store by following these steps:

1. Log in to your store account on Cartley; via your email and password,
2. From the Left Side Menu, Navigate to "Ratings & Reviews > Rating Criteria",
3. Click to add new rating criteria for your store then click to save.
   

*Note: After that customers will be able to rate your store based on the criteria you have defined after each successful order.
